The HOUR Events LLC (“The HOUR Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thehourevents.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you use a form on the Site, including:
- Contact, Sponsorship, Wedding, and Talent inquiry forms: name, email address, phone number, inquiry type, and message content.
- Newsletter signup (“The List”): email address.
We do not knowingly collect payment card information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Ticket purchases are handled entirely by Eventbrite, and table/reservation requests are routed to WhatsApp — both are separate services with their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
We also automatically receive limited technical information (such as approximate location and browser type) through Cloudflare’s cookieless web analytics, used only in aggregate to understand site traffic. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other advertising/tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to inquiries about tables, sponsorships, private events, artist bookings, wedding entertainment, or talent management;
- Send newsletter updates to subscribers of “The List,” if you opted in;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and process form submissions:
- Formspree, Inc. — processes and stores form submissions on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the Site and provides cookieless web analytics and security services.
These providers may process your information as our service providers, subject to their own privacy and security practices.
4. Cookies
The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare’s web analytics beacon is cookieless by design.
5. Data Retention
We retain form submissions and newsletter signups for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain the newsletter list, or until you request deletion.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or unsubscribe from “The List” at any time, by emailing hourevents@outlook.com. Residents of California and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws; contact us to make a request.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision.
